The role oversees the master planning, architectural, and landscape phases of developments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for new real estate developments across the UAE portfolio.
• Lead development initiatives from concept to completion, managing design, approvals, and delivery phases.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business plans, and market analyses to guide investment decisions.
• Oversee the preparation of development strategies, cost estimates, and revenue forecasts.
• Manage master planning, architecture, infrastructure coordination, and design consultants.
• Ensure projects align with corporate standards, budgets, and schedules.
• Support sales and marketing in project launches and development positioning.
• Collaborate with local authorities to obtain approvals and permits.
• Prepare board papers, presentations, and progress reports for executive review.
• Lead stakeholder coordination across finance, strategy, marketing, and legal departments.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Finance; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in real estate and master development, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong financial and technical understanding of feasibility analysis and investment evaluation.
• Skilled in project management, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Estate Master.
• Deep understanding of construction technologies, design, and development processes.
