Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive social media & fashion content strategies to meet business objectives, increase awareness, and drive engagement.
  • Content Creation: Produce, edit, and schedule compelling content (text, images, short videos, blogs) tailored for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc.).
  • Community Management: Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages, foster community, and manage brand reputation/crisis communication.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media ads and organic campaigns, often collaborating with influencers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven reports with recommendations.
  • Trend & Platform Mastery: Stay current with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers or brand ambassadors for direct collabs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing agencies, Operations, PR, and Design teams to ensure cohesive seasonal brand campaigns and creative assets.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinking, agency management, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities

  • Manage and optimize our social media presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a successful track record of driving brand growth and engagement.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, for effective campaign management and optimization.
  • Creative thinking and agency management skills, along with strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube, and the ability to adapt content for each platform.
  • Experience in community management, with the ability to foster positive online communities and manage brand reputation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, PR, and design, to align on brand campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving digital marketing goals.
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of the latest trends in the industry, with the ability to translate these into compelling social media content.
