Position Overview
As Manager of Sinbad's Kids Club, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver fun, safe, and enriching programs for children. This leadership role involves planning large-scale kids' events, designing creative play schedules, and maintaining the highest health and safety standards for a world-class luxury hospitality environment.
What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations of the Kids Club and ensure a safe and engaging environment
• Design and oversee delivery of structured, age-appropriate recreational and educational programs
• Lead a multicultural team of childcare professionals, including training and performance supervision
• Plan and execute themed events for up to 250 children, ensuring smooth logistics and guest satisfaction
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, child safeguarding policies, and resort standards
• Liaise with hotel leadership and parents to align guest expectations with program offerings

Ideal Profile

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Hospitality, or a related field
• 3-5 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role in a childcare or recreation environment
• Proven success in running children's programs and large-scale events
• Strong organizational, team management, and communication skills
• International hospitality experience and multilingual ability are an advantage
