Position Overview
Jumeirah Beach Hotel is seeking an energetic and compassionate Play Attendant to join our Kids Club team. This role is key in creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for children while delivering exceptional service aligned with Jumeirah's luxury standards.
What You'll Do

• Organize and lead engaging recreational and educational activities for children of different age groups, including arts, crafts, science projects, and group games.
• Provide personalized childcare services when required, ensuring comfort and security for children separated from their parents.
• Supervise all activities to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, managing conflicts and addressing behavioral concerns promptly.
• Administer first aid when needed, prepare incident reports, and communicate with parents effectively.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain inventory for Kids Club consumables and merchandise.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in childcare, recreation, or hospitality roles.
• Strong understanding of child behavior and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly.
• Sports or recreational activity background is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
