Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Individual Contributor with expertise in the Cybersecurity space to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in end-user-focused sales and account management. As a Sales IC, you will be responsible for selling our cybersecurity solutions to Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) across India. The role will be based in Mumbai and will involve frequent face-to-face interactions with CISOs. Reporting directly to the director, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and engage CISOs in the cybersecurity market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs and key decision-makers in customer organizations, focusing on account management and customer retention.

Conduct in-depth research and stay updated on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the cybersecurity industry, specifically related to CISO priorities.

Understand customer requirements, pain points, and business objectives to effectively position and present our cybersecurity solutions.

Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with CISOs to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical experts, and product management, to develop tailored solutions and respond to customer needs.

Negotiate and close deals with CISOs, ensuring that sales targets and revenue goals are met or exceeded.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using the CRM system.

Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and feedback to the Director for strategic decision-making and planning.

Stay abreast of competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity space, specifically targeting CISOs.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build industry connections and generate leads.

Continuously update product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-study.
