Match buyer requirements with suitable units across builder inventories and secondary listings.
Conduct feasibility studies, financial comparisons, and ROI projections to guide purchase decisions.
B. Builder & Developer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with Dubai-based developers (Emaar, Nakheel, Damac, Sobha, etc.).
Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing and upcoming project launches, unit availability, pricing, payment plans, and incentives.
Secure builder tie-ups, exclusive allotments, and preferential commissions.
C. Resale Property Listings & Seller Representation
Source high-quality resale inventory through individual owners, landlords, and agent networks.
Conduct property valuation assessments based on market conditions, developer history, and location metrics.
Guide sellers on documentation, pricing, property preparation, and marketing strategy

3. Sales Execution Responsibilities
A. Site Visits & Property Tours
Coordinate and lead property viewings for buyer clients, including detailed walk-throughs and community familiarization.
Arrange virtual tours for overseas clients and assist with off-plan project visualization using digital tools.
B. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate on behalf of clients for best price, payment terms, handover timelines, and post-sale support.
Oversee MOU drafting, token money collection, and due diligence procedures.
Work with legal advisors, mortgage consultants, and DLD registration offices to close deals smoothly.
C. Documentation & Compliance
Ensure all transactions follow RERA, DLD, and developer-specific protocols.
Verify and manage title deeds, NOCs, DLD fees, and resale clearance documents.
Supervise agents in contract drafting, documentation submission, and compliance audits.
4. Marketing & Team Leadership
A. Property Promotion & Branding
Oversee creation of marketing material for listings (photos, brochures, social media ads).
Promote builder launches and resale units on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and company channels.
Design investor packages highlighting capital appreciation and rental yield opportunities.
B. Sales Team Management
Build and manage a team of property consultants specializing in primary and resale transactions.
Set individual sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching on sales strategy and objection handling.
Conduct weekly sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and market update briefings.

Fluent communication in English; Hindi, or other languages a plus.
