Role Summary

As the Manager for Commercial and Consumer Communication, you will play a pivotal role in shaping
and executing our public relations strategies. You will be responsible for promoting our brand,
products, and services to both commercial partners and end consumers. With a keen understanding
of the food tech industry and excellent communication skills, you will foster positive relationships
with media outlets, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring that our company\'s message reaches a
diverse audience.

What\xe2\x80\x99s on the menu? (Duties & Responsibilities)

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility,
engagement, and reputation among commercial partners and consumers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, bloggers, and
influencers to secure consistent and positive media coverage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials that
effectively convey our company\'s value proposition and key messaging.

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility,
engagement, and reputation among commercial partners and consumers.

What are we looking for: (Core Qualifications & Experience)

\xe2\x97\x8f Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a
related field. A Master\'s degree will be an advantage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience: Proven experience (5 years) in public relations or communications roles,
preferably within the food tech industry or related sectors.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong Media Relations: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with
journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
\xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a
flair for crafting compelling stories and messages.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, develop PR plans, and execute campaigns that
align with business goals.
\xe2\x97\x8f Crisis Management: Experience in handling crisis situations and maintaining a positive brand
image during challenging times.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborative Team Player: Adept at working in cross-functional teams and fostering
collaboration across departments.
\xe2\x97\x8f Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving PR objectives and delivering measurable
results.
\xe2\x97\x8f Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital media platforms, social media, and PR analytics tools.

\xe2\x97\x8f Creativity: Innovative and creative approach to PR campaigns and storytelling.
\xe2\x97\x8f Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
