Role Summary
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a super-star Manager to join our Regional Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth strategies on performance channels, working closely with the ad operations team regionally and centrally. You will also work closely with our local marketing teams in target setting, channel mix and budget allocation. You must showcase demonstrable experience of media planning, strategizing, and increasing customer acquisitions, user retention, and increasing brand awareness. All these efforts need to support the overall business and marketing objectives.

What\xe2\x80\x99s On Your Plate?

\xe2\x97\x8f Be the primary point of contact for the regional performance marketing team for the local countries\xe2\x80\x99 marketing teams
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the performance marketing specialists in the team to drive and execute the digital channel roadmaps, target setting, and deriving cross-channel learnings & improvements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Driving business growth through digital channels with a focus on User Acquisition, Vertical Growth, and Audience Strategy through optimal channel mix and media planning.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate closely with the channel managers and coordinate actions with the regional and local teams across SEM, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, and Affiliates to deliver the largest possible business impact while maintaining a relevant and localized approach.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate closely with the regional brand team and country marketing teams to understand the top-level strategy and translate this into channel-specific actions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Actively investigate and identify high-potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the digital channel mix
\xe2\x97\x8f Measure, analyze, and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns & incremental impact
on overall business goals;
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with cross-functional departments to engage support for activities aimed to drive business growth and ensure operational process efficiency;
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with country teams and the central ASO team on app store analysis and editorial features.

What Did We Order?
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (e-commerce experience is a must where App marketing is the core);
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent knowledge and practicality of the overall digital advertising products and online ecosystems
\xe2\x97\x8f Deep understanding of conversion funnel measurement and audience targeting
\xe2\x97\x8f Track record of effectively managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously
\xe2\x97\x8f You have a growth mindset - Analytical, comfortable with numbers, and eager to test & learn
\xe2\x97\x8f You will need to be flexible, performance-driven, able to work to tight deadlines and be willing to be hands-on to get the job done.
\xe2\x97\x8f You will need to be an A-star expert in digital marketing and stay on top of the latest trends, technologies & developments
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, computer science, statistics or equivalent;
\xe2\x97\x8f Fluency in written and spoken English.
