About the job:

The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key Dubai government entities, including GDRFA to drive business expansion for VFS Global in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government policies, visa processing frameworks, and medical screening procedures, along with a strong network within Dubai's government ecosystem.

Serve as the primary liaison between VFS Global and Govt. authorities, addressing any regulatory, commercial or operational concerns.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with GDRFA, DET, Dubai Health Authority (DHA), MOHRE, and other government bodies.

Drive new business opportunities in collaboration with Dubai Government authorities, ensuring alignment with VFS Global's strategic goals.

Represent VFS Global in meetings, forums, and negotiations with government stakeholders to enhance partnerships & service offerings.

Business Development & Strategic Growth

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the government sector, particularly in visa processing, medical screening services, and other public sector initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that align with government requirements and objectives.

Lead proposals, presentations, and negotiations with government stakeholders for new projects.

Support the expansion of existing services by identifying potential partnerships and collaborations with key government institutions.

Environment, Social & Governance

Oversee corporate governance within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational principles, policies, and regulations.

Promote judicious use of natural resources and adhere to the organization's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines

Drive the organization's sustainability initiatives, working towards achieving established targets.

Additional Responsibilities (Special Projects for AMT roles / Special or Unique Projects)

Identify potential VASCO services to complement business & trigger execution action.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Minimum: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in government relations, business development, or regulatory affairs in the UAE.

Proven track record of engaging with government authorities, particularly GDRFA and other UAE public sector entities. Fluency in Arabic and English.

Pay: Up to AED17,000.00 per month
