Responsibilities -Drives the branch results through effective planning resource locations, work location , monitoring and -Achieves monthly sales target set by the management and maximize company profit by selling the vehicles within company policy. -Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with retail sales manager and ensure that goals are achieved during the year. -Gives utmost care towards customer handling -take responsibility showroom display and demo vehicle availability in excellent condition. -Report daily activities to the sales manager and provides information on market condition and competitors activity. -Strives to achieve highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skill required to perform the role . -
