Manager of Practice Support

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Manager of Practice Support, you will be at the heart of our firm's excellence, strategically positioned between the Managing Partner, our dedicated legal team, and our esteemed international clientele. This role goes beyond administration--it's an opportunity to shape operational strategy, enhance client experience, and drive business growth.

Your responsibilities include:

Acting as a strategic advisor and operational backbone to the Managing Partner. Designing, implementing, and refining advanced practice management systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. Managing client interactions with exemplary professionalism, ensuring the firm's reputation is consistently upheld. Overseeing and optimizing workload distribution, performance management, and resource allocation across the practice. Collaborating closely with leadership on targeted business development initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for an intelligent, proactive, trustworthy, and responsible professional who:

Has at least 7 years of professional experience in the legal industry--either as a qualified lawyer (non-practicing or formerly practicing) or with substantial experience managing legal practices. Holds a law degree (LLB, JD or equivalent qualification) or has substantial demonstrated knowledge and experience in law. Possesses exceptional English proficiency (native-level fluency required). Demonstrates proven leadership capabilities, strategic insight, and operational excellence. Understands and navigates the unique challenges and opportunities of managing boutique legal practices with an international scope.
