An elite boutique law firm with a strategic international footprint is seeking an outstanding Manager of Legal Practice to lead and enhance the operations of its high-performing Dubai office. THE OPPORTUNITY
As Manager of Legal Practice, you will serve as the operational linchpin between the Managing Partner, our legal professionals, and our international clients. This is a senior, strategic role that goes far beyond administration--enabling you to shape operational frameworks, enrich client experience, and support business development.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a strategic advisor and operational lead to the Managing Partner.
Designing, implementing, and refining cutting-edge practice management systems to maximise efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
Managing client interactions with professionalism and discretion, upholding the firm's reputation at all times.
Overseeing workload distribution, performance management, and optimal allocation of resources across the firm.
Collaborating closely with leadership on high-impact business development and growth initiatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a proactive, intelligent, and dependable professional who:
Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in the legal industry--either as a qualified lawyer (practicing or non-practicing) or in a senior legal operations or management role.
Holds a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent), or possesses extensive legal knowledge through demonstrated experience.
Communicates with native-level fluency in English.
Brings proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a record of operational excellence.
Understands the distinctive environment of managing boutique legal practices with global reach.
