Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 8 years of management experience in the medical/healthcare field.
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Must be
bilingual in English and Arabic
(spoken and written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee operations of a medical equipment and trading company.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and compliance.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Lead, guide, and support staff to maintain high professional and ethical standards.
Prepare and present reports to senior management.
