Job Title: HR Manager (ADNOC Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the oil & gas industry and specific experience working with or within ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) or its group of companies. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with ADNOC-related HR compliance, talent acquisition protocols, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee full-cycle HR functions including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy development.

? Develop and implement strategic workforce planning aligned with ADNOC project requirements.

? Manage HR budgets, manpower planning, and forecasting.

? Handle compensation and benefits structure.

? Maintain and update HRMS/ERP systems and ensure accurate reporting.

? Drive employee engagement and retention programs.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).

? Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in the oil & gas sector.

? At least 2 years of direct experience working with ADNOC or ADNOC projects.

? Solid understanding of UAE labor laws

? Proven track record in managing HR operations for large-scale oil & gas projects.

? Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

? Excellent communication in English

? Proficient in HRIS tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
