Synopsis
Managing of Etihad's properties portfolio worldwide, with particular focus on Abu Dhabi leasing properties
Accountabilities

• Source suitable vendors as per requirements.
• Carry out leasing negotiation with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain & developed customer relations internally & externally.
• Create & develop business plan to maximize revenue & reduce cost.
• Generate portfolio reports for the Head of Depatment.
• Monitor, analyse reports & highlight the challenges with recommendations

Education & Experience

• Bachelors in related field.
• Minimum 4/5 years' experience in property releasing or relevant field.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
