We are looking for an experienced
Leasing Sales Manager
to lead our Dubai leasing team. You will drive leasing targets, manage a high-performing team, and oversee all leasing operations across residential and/or commercial properties.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of leasing agents Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and clients Monitor market trends, rental pricing, and competitor activity Oversee negotiations, lease agreements, and contract renewals Ensure compliance with
RERA, Ejari, and UAE regulations
Train and onboard new leasing agentsRequirements:
3-5 years' experience in
real estate leasing
in Dubai 2+ years in amanagerial or team lead role
Strong knowledge of Dubai rental market and regulations Proven ability to meet/exceed leasing targets Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills RERA certification preferred Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plusWhat We Offer:
