We are urgently seeking an
experienced and senior Property Manager with strong leasing background

Key Responsibilities
:Manage
residential and commercial properties
across Bur Dubai Handleleasing activities
including: Marketing vacant units Conducting viewings Preparing tenancy contracts Processing renewals and terminations ManageEjari registrations and renewals
through DLD systemCollect rent payments
and follow up on outstanding dues Prepare and managebudgets, maintenance logs, and financial reports
Ensure highoccupancy rates
and tenant satisfaction Coordinate with facility management, contractors, and service providers Conduct regularproperty inspections
and ensure timely maintenanceRequirements
:Minimum
5 years' UAE experience
in property management and leasing Strong knowledge ofEjari and DLD systems
Excellent in Microsoft Excel
, budgeting, and reporting Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties Must bebased in UAE
and available tojoin immediately
