The Learning & Development Manager Learning and Leadership Center of Excellence plays a critical role within the department, overseeing teams of external stakeholders and managing full end-to-end project management of complex/technical learning initiatives, from design to execution and impact measurement. The Learning & Development Manager Learning and Leadership Center of Excellence plays a critical role within the department, overseeing teams of external stakeholders and managing full end-to-end project management of complex/technical learning initiatives, from design to execution and impact measurement. This role involves negotiating with suppliers and maintaining accountability for the seamless delivery of high-impact learning solutions. ROLE PROFILE
- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale learning projects, from design to execution and impact assessment.
- Oversee scoping, budgeting, supplier assessment, and post-implementation reviews for learning initiatives.
- Ensure learning programmes are scalable, aligned with strategic priorities, and measured against performance metrics.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and consultants, ensuring quality delivery.
- Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to align learning programmes with evolving business needs.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior leaders, driving strategic alignment.
- Drive innovation in learning tools and channels to enhance accessibility and effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, incorporating emerging trends and best practices in learning
- Bachelors degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience, with 5 years managing complex situations in a corporate setting.
- Expertise in learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
