Overview

The Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations will be in charge of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s operational requirements related to information technology. Their main task is to manage data and implement up-to-date solutions across the IT infrastructure aligning it with Corporate IT infrastructure. They oversee the company\'s technical staff and work closely with senior management to propose improvements to the business infrastructure and report progress on various projects within organization or across MH assets. This role would be responsible for making sure that the company\'s network infrastructure and associated systems run smoothly, perform within agreed targets, and provide a secure platform for the company\'s business operations. They will also act as an IT specialist when the company needs to find solutions to complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre\xe2\x80\x99s IT systems and facilities.
• Provides Management support for all aspects of the Centre\xe2\x80\x99s IT infrastructure.
• To ascertain the needs of users, and tailor existing and future systems towards the fulfilment of those needs.
• Recommendation of software/hardware configurations that will provide optimal solutions to users in terms of cost /efficiency savings.
• To analyze gaps in current information systems and to recommend solutions.
• Liaise with various IT service providers responsible for the IT infrastructure and various applications

Oversee the operation of help desk system to ensure that it is in accordance with the service level agreement.

• To Ensure IT infrastructure (Servers, Storages, Backup Libraries, Data Rooms, Enclosures) scalability, availability and business continuity.
• Responsible for managing and executing all IT related projects including but not limited to IT infrastructure refresh, data migrations and IT systems integrations and network setups.
• To Ensure Information Data Confidentiality, Security, Integrity, Backup.
• To review, analyse, design, recommend, implement, manage and support existing and new infrastructure solutions for effective and efficient service delivery.
• To ensure daily/weekly checks are carried out in a timely manner for all infrastructure elements (Servers, Storage, Backup Libraries, Data Rooms, and Enclosures)
• To assist with the end-to- end technical support for infrastructure services and end user requests / incidents

• Review and analyse the infrastructure logs and reports regularly to ensure service sustainability and high performance
• Documentation and standardization of new/existing infrastructure processes.
• To enhance IT Infrastructure services through analysis of servers, storage, data rooms networks and backups and latest technology trends
• Conduct regular meetings with service providers for discussions over existing and new technologies.
• Update and maintain inventory for all physical and virtual assets for infrastructure components.
• Assist with ongoing development of related departmental policies and procedures, including appropriate controls around organizational change management.
• Visit other branches to analyze existing setups and execute IT projects as and when required.
• To obtain maximum benefit from existing information systems.
• To ensure continuous and optimal customer satisfaction at all levels within the facility.
• To carry out other duties in relation to the support and extension of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s IT infrastructure and application environments as required by the management.
• Assisting client in completing and directing IT related sales requests.
• Responsible for ensuring that proposal solutions meet client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Systems and Information Technology or any relevant field.
• Five (5) years of progressive career experience, including three (3) years in IT management.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security systems, servers, and operating systems.
• Applicant should be familiar with a broad range of systems, API\'s, protocols, and standards.

• Applicant should be familiar with software development, client/server, relational database, systems integration, and networking technologies.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare.
• Strong knowledge in application development (i.e. EMR, ERP).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Desired:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL V3 Master / Expert level.
• Infrastructure Certification (CCNP,MCSE, or equivalent).
