Revenue Generation from Existing and New Accounts.
Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures through CRM Should have knowledge of CRM
Positioning of Know-All-Edge\xe2\x80\x99s Solutions
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Should have knowledge on Cyber Security, Networking, Backup, Server, Storage etc. Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
Should be able to work in High Pressure as this will be Target Driven Approach Constantly Build Funnel to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Target Self Driven approach & always to be on field.
Need to Plan activities in advance & showcase the Plan of Action on weekly basis to management
Need to focus on profitability target
80% customer in person meetings minimum
Required Experience
Strong track record of selling high ticket value based Infrastructure/ security/ Networking products and solutions
Understands buying process cycle of Customers
Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition
Build Consistent Business Strategies
Strong skills in closing New Sales Deals.
Experience of working with SIs / Partners on large and complex deals
Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis
Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.
Self-Driven & Self Confident as individual performer
Decision making capabilities
Excellent Communication skills along with mail drafting
Weekly meeting plans to be submitted to management
