Manager / Invoicing & Dispute Management
Principal Functions :
Monitors the client's accounts to ensure accurate invoicing, timely reconciliation & efficient follow-up on all financial transactions following established accounting standards.
Undertakes overall responsibility for the maintenance of various client's disputes as well as taking proper actions to clear.
Controls the preparation, distribution and reporting processes for GSM and SMS invoices to satisfy the needs of clients.
Controls & reviews EDCH billing functions/process with the end view of ensuring accuracy of billing information & prompt dispatch of client's invoices as per established Accounting standards & operating procedures.
Ensures the accuracy of various Management reports. Addresses billing queries & disputes as a means of establishing total customer satisfaction.

Education & Experience :
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. Professional Accounting qualification is preferred.
Preferred - Professional Accounting qualification is preferred.
5 years of related work experience in controlling & monitoring Billing operations & activities, including addressing various clients disputes, in a large & progressive business organization.
