Key Accountabilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Deepening
Work with Coverage Heads to prioritize and implement new client implementation
Oversee together with Operations on overall new client onboarding
Set up, manage and drive regular International portfolio and client reviews
Drive client profitability with focus on cross sell
Manage account planning process for strategic and key clients including prioritizing the onboarding of international customers.
Build customer franchise connectivity across international locations through collaboration with the Coverage Heads and Head Office.
Support and drive strategy execution in International
Oversee new branch applications (where necessary)
Align International strategy update to Group priorities.
Support and drive International CEO\'s Key Initiatives
Implement customer-related initiatives together with Business Management (Head Office) in International - e.g., Project Lighthouse
Connect and liaise across international locations on issues, challenges and pathways forward related to Asia strategy, implementation and performance.
