Who do we need? With 5+ years of related experience, you have proven skills to manage internal communications programmes including planning, creative and strategic thinking, as well as have the ability to manage accounts and account teams. You are a strong leader with excellent writing and communications skills and an ability to translate client needs into project plans. You can help develop and implement internal engagement campaigns for your client. Ideally, you have agency/consulting or related experience with a background in healthcare and wellness PR. You are adept at drawing upon previous sector experience to provide your client with knowledge and counsel\xe2\x80\x93 all complemented by your sector-specific client servicing skills. What will you be doing? Client Relations:
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the internal communications function for client business, the AM will take a lead role ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Be a key player in supporting the clients at internal corporate events and activations
  • Contribute to cross-agency meetings, where relevant.
Strategy and Planning:
  • Lead on and develop internal communications strategy and plans that include research insights, best practices, employee outreach tactics, creative ideas and KPIs.
Content Development:
  • Develop a range of internal content including internal communications plans, employee outreach campaigns, leadership messages, internal announcements, speeches, memos, speaking points and other collateral for internal events, internal newsletters and web content, etc.
  • Assist in setting and meeting campaign measurement and evaluation criteria.
Industry and Market Knowledge:
  • Maintain a high understanding of client\xe2\x80\x99s business and work to create a good knowledge of current developments and trends affecting the clients\xe2\x80\x99 industries and markets
  • Have knowledge of the role of social media channels in PR and how to best utilise each channel to the clients\xe2\x80\x99 benefit
  • Demonstrate understanding of the clients\xe2\x80\x99 digital work and provide counsel to team on social media content and activations
Account Team Management:
  • Contributing guidance and ideas for the account teams to implement and develop client work
  • Assist in financial management for clients, including supplier coordination and activity reports.
What do you need to apply for this role?
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably with experience in internal communications on the agency or client side
  • Experience working for healthcare and wellness clients/organizations.
  • Well-rounded communication skills, good at client servicing, as well as the ability to write in a range of styles including speeches, internal profiling plans, leadership messages, etc.
  • Experience in managing people and teams
  • Experience with clients and accounts that are measurement and evaluation driven
  • Strong presentation skills, poise, and professionalism
  • Bilingual required (with strong verbal and written skills in Arabic)
  • Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
