Our client: A Retail firm is looking to hire an experienced Human resource professional to the team to manage the GCC market.
Your role: Leads the leadership development portfolio related to onboarding, in role development and team development - focused on elevating the performance of leaders in role. Works closely with deployment team to ensure local stakeholders understand what available and social learning is to effectively market solutions. Works with head of leadership to define overall strategy for in role development to ensure impact. Design the high-level offering as the SME in this area - engages social learning to support in effective embedding and ongoing application beyond formal learning solutions. Works closely with design team to build and update required learning assets to support business impact. Works directly with the business as an SME to provide consulting supporting and to build understanding of organizational needs.
Must haves: 10 years in learning / talent development - 5 years in leadership development, specific experience of onboarding, in role development and or team development desirable. Educational wise you will need to have a bachelor\'s degree and be fluent in English.
