Position Overview
Atlantis Dubai is seeking an experienced Manager, HR Operations to lead and enhance day-to-day human resources operations across its world-class resorts, Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. This role is central to delivering a seamless colleague experience across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong HR service delivery within a large, multicultural luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of colleague records and HR data
Oversee HR systems and platforms, ensuring efficient usage and continuous improvement
Lead and supervise HR operations teams, programs, and daily activities
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, internal policies, and HR governance standards
Collaborate closely with other HR functions and business units to deliver consistent HR support
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and colleague experience
Support HR projects, change management initiatives, and operational reporting
Ideal Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations with proven team leadership responsibility
Strong background in managing HR processes within a large organization
Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
International exposure and experience in hospitality or service-driven industries preferred
