In this role you will be responsible for working across the business and data function to drive value creation through alignment of data strategy to business objectives. The HR Data Lead is a subject matter authority who will deliver and govern HR data standards, data strategies and roadmaps and ensure modern data engineering solutions and practices for HR.
Accountabilities
Develop and maintain Etihad corporate level strategies related to HR data
Work with and across Etihad functions to ensure HR data portfolio alignment to business strategies
Develop strategic relationships with data/analytics partners to help understand HR priorities in the delivery of HR services and projects
Provide expert thought leadership in HR data solutions delivery
Provide expert consultative guidance for long-range HR data goals and objectives
Provide strategic consultation and recommendations for business process design, business intelligence design and HR interfaces
Partner with leaders to understand how HR data will be leveraged as a competitive advantage in Etihad Talent solutions
Review new projects and architecture solutions ensuring they are aligned with the HR standards
Develop and maintain HR data solution architecture and data libraries
Ensure adherence to internal and external data standards and policies
Education & Experience
Minimum of eight years of related work experience
Experience in influence cross functional teams with indirect reporting lines
Experience developing strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation
Advanced experience working with HR data across the end-to-end HR lifecycle and tools
Confirmed experience in the development and of a data portfolio aligning to corporate and business strategies
Data and analytics engineering and modelling experience including technology for big data, visualisation, data ingestion or data streaming, and analytics tool such as Tableau, Power BI
Graduate qualifications in computer science or relevant certification in a related domain
