Please note that this role is based in Sohar, Oman , and will be considering Omani people due to government\'s omanisation drive! We are looking for an Assistant Manager(HR) candidate for a well reputed MNC manufacturing company in Sohar, Oman (again, the role is NOT based in UAE) Requirements (Must have):

- Education: Degree in HR
- 3-4 years HR Generalist experience in Oman (mandatory) in core functions such as Recruitment & selection, C& B, Performance management, Policies and procedures, Internal/ external HR auditing,Training and development, etc-OTHERS PLEASE EXCUSE!
- Should be based in Oman with the Oman passport (omanisation)
- Max age 35 years due to seniority
- Should be available in Oman , willing to work in Sohar.
- Fluent in English & Arabic (as mother tongue)
