The Manager - Growth, plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of our group of agencies by overseeing the management of pitches, developing credentials presentations, and providing critical support to the 11 agencies within the group.

This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and an analytical mindset, a knack for operational efficiency, and exceptional people and leadership skills.

- Drive and support the growth of the group of agencies by managing pitches, developing creds decks, and facilitating a culture of business development excellence.

- Foster innovation, analytics, and operational efficiency across the group to maximize productivity and profitability.

- Collaborate with agencies to identify opportunities, drive client acquisition, and strengthen client relationships.

- Develop and execute effective pitch strategies, ensuring alignment with agency and group goals.

- Create and maintain compelling credentials presentations that showcase the group\'s capabilities, accomplishments, and competitive advantage.

- Monitor market trends and industry insights to identify potential business opportunities.

- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and identify growth areas.

- Streamline pitch and creds deck development processes to ensure they are efficient and scalable.

- Collaborate with agencies to optimize resource allocation and workflow.

- Track and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master\'s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

- Proven experience in project management or account leadership, preferably in a similar role within the advertising, marketing, or communications industry.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and client needs.

- Proficiency in presentation tools.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
