We are seeking a qualified and experienced Center Manager for our brand new, state of the art facility in the heart of Business Bay Dubai. The Early Childhood Center offers babies to 6 years a Solid foundation for life-long learning.

As a Center Manager you will be responsible to lead and manage the overall day-to-day academic and operational functions of the Nursery /Early Learning Center including delivering the vision of the group; recruitment, retention, and development of staff; overseeing day-to-day financial systems.

Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:

• The role of the Nursery Manager is to ensure all children attending Nursery receive high quality care, are kept safe and are provided with planned and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs and support all aspects of the curriculum.
• To plan and deliver effective management of the nursery, in accordance with the nursery operational plan, long term plan and self-evaluation requirements. (SEF).
• To ensure the nursery complies with all relevant legislation, plus KHDA, DM and DHA requirements.
• The role of Nursery Manager is a full-time position. It is ultimately the responsibility of the manager to ensure roles are assigned between all staff members to ensure and consistent management through the nursery and classrooms.

• CACHE Level 5 with a minimum of 2 years nursery management proven experience
• Montessori qualified & experience preferred
• Fluent English language spoken and written
