Job Description

Urgently seeking Project Manager for Interiors Fit-out & Joinery projects. Must be capable of handling projects, manpower & man-hours, materials on site, able to cut cost, estimate the works, be able to follow the project schedule and deliver as per timelines. Must have good communication skills to handle clients & consultants. Being Sales driven will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years UAE experience and UAE driving license with own car is a must. Job responsibility: 1. Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones. 2. Develop and deliver progress reports, communication with the client and any required documentation to client. 3. Approve design, drawing, details before sending to the client and attain approvals prior to commencement of works on site. 4. Follow up and receive approvals from all concerned authorities to commence works on site. 5. Direct and manage project development from commencement to completion as per work schedule. 6. Manage multiple projects on a daily basis and ensure proper requirement of manpower, materials, tools for daily progress and to ensure the completion of project on time. 7. Prepare the work schedule in coordination with the Operations Manager/Site Supervisor/Subcontractors and ensure completion as per schedule. 8. Prepare BOQ and provide suppliers prices, specifications, etc to complete the BOQ. 9. Inform the estimations team on the additional works, progress, delays on site and take necessary action to resolve the same at the earliest. 10. Discuss with the team and finalise the subcontractors and manage smooth working atmosphere between various subcontractors on site. 11. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear pattern. 12. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and manage project dependencies and critical path. 13. Conduct project completion reports and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. 14. Ensures project documents are updated, completed and stored appropriately. 15. Responsible and liable for non-completion of project on time, carrying out any additional works without approval from office which is out of our scope of works and not as per the finalized BOQ. 16. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project and company's future endeavour. Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
