We are seeking a
dynamic, young, and results-driven Manager
to oversee daily operations and drive business growth in ourFood & Beverage (F&B)
establishment in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B management and marketing.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and boost sales. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports on business growth. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in F&B management and marketing rolesAge:
Young and energetic candidates preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to achieve targets and motivate a team Must be currently in the UAE and available forimmediate joining
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
