• Provide Oracle Cloud EPM knowledge & dependencies.
• Manage project plan, coordinate status updates, and document/follow-up on key action items and decisions.

• Lead process improvement initiatives in Account Reconciliation areas
• Create strategies and blueprints that improve operations and refine processes
• Collect business requirements and apply financial concepts to translate them into solution design
• Prepare and facilitate client sessions on process and application design
• Provide recommendations based on Account Reconciliation leading practices
• Support project team and mentor staff

• Stay current on how new GAAP regulations and technologies affect our clients\' businesses
• Review client business processes to gather and document functional requirements and ensure completion of application design(s) by Technical Leads and Principals that meet those requirements.
• Work with Technical Leads and Principals to understand application design(s) to define scope and properly estimate effort to create implementation project plans and budgets.
• Manage and control project scope to ensure consistency with statement of work (SOW) parameters; initiate, create and drive change orders (CO) with clients when necessary.
• Actively manage and control the project plan which includes updates on task completion as well as working with the client on plan modifications when necessary.
• Prepare and present weekly project status reports to clients that include project cost vs budget as well as tracking project team progress toward deliverable completion and milestones.
• Manage co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
• Meet with team members to forecast hours and continuous management of the budget to actuals and forecast to completion.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Maintain a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
• Act as a liaison and provide progress updates to the project steering committee.
• Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities.
• Work closely with other PM/key users to ensure the project meets business needs.
• Support all Oracle or related financial system upgrades, inclusive of design documentation, implementation testing, and training.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of incidents and outages, remediations are implemented for future avoidance, including appropriate communications to business stakeholders.
• Ensure operational excellence around process and procedures, maintain process documentation.
• Communicate with internal customers and senior management regularly on status, risks and emergent issues.
• Maintain superior levels of customer service to all company stakeholders.
• Applicable if role has direct or indirect reports - responsible for the management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time bound.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce / Finance
• Master\'s Degree is a plus in Commerce / Finance
• CA will be best suitable
• 9+ years of experience in product management with software implementation, requirement through discovery/definition, design, development, client acceptance, launch and ongoing support management.
• Ability to apply innovative approaches to solving complex technical issues.
• Knowledge in Port Terminals, Logistics, ERP & Freezone Business is a plus.
• Knowledge in Business Process Reengineering
• Strong knowledge of FCCS / EPBCS / ARCS / PCMCS/TRCS
• Knowledge in Oracle EPM Cloud suite is a must, should have both Technical and Functional knowledge.
• Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Minimum 5 projects to be done end to end as a project manager.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to influence others, as well as ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, and prioritize with sound judgement.
• Demonstrated ability to turn customer needs and pain points into innovative products. Experience incorporating product and operations feedback to craft long term vision and quarterly roadmaps.
