KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Leading the Product roadmap and enrichment of the Enterprise Workforce Management System
• Manage the rollouts, enhancements, and support of the enterprise workforce management systems across the group as per the business defined roadmap
• Build high-performing teams for rollouts as well as owning and driving product roadmap strategies.
• Strategy & Execution: Plan and retrospect implementation roadmap for all DP World ports & terminals globally
• Be a trusted advisor to the CEOs/COOs/CFOs and Senior Operations and Labor Management Executives at DPW terminals by providing them critical inputs and driving them on product buy-in, rollout prioritization, creating resource bandwidth & allocation as well as driving project initiation.
• Product Enrichment: Drive continuous process improvement by introducing Agile methodology and DevOps best practices and processes, as well as integrating Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD).
• Global Entities Support: Manage and drive a robust global support model for both operation critical Rostering system.
• Lead and drive cross-functional staff across other technical department to setup proactive monitoring and alert generation mechanism
• Financial Management: Own and be responsible for the delivery of the Rostering system rollout program budget.
• Cross-functional Engagement: Develop deep working relationships with Group Communications, Digital Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Security & Governance, Learning & Development and other support functions in DP World to acquire necessary support and enabling contributions to the success of the Enterprise system
• Applicable if role has direct or indirect reports - responsible for the management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time bound.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World\'s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World\'s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
