Key Responsibilities: * Review and validate designs for ELV systems, including: o Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PAVA, BMS, VESDA, Leak Detection, Intercom, and other low-current systems

• Ensure compliance with design standards, authority regulations, and data center requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for system integration
• Attend and document FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation
• Support during site installation, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness
• Participate in handover procedures and training sessions with operations teams
• Excellent technical coordination and stakeholder communication
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during T&C and handover stages

Basic Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ELV systems
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data center projects as a Client Representative, PMC, Supervision Consultant, or Contractor
• Full knowledge of design, implementation, testing & commissioning, and handover of ELV systems
• Basic knowledge in all other MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) for coordination purposes

Technical Knowledge: * Familiarity with Uptime Institute, TIA-942, NFPA, and UAE Civil Defense requirements

• Deep understanding of ELV systems used in mission-critical environments
• Experience in system integration with BMS/NMS platforms
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Revit MEP/Navisworks is an advantage)

Preferred Certifications: * Manufacturer certifications (Honeywell, Siemens, Bosch, Schneider, etc.)

• UAE Civil Defense Card - Preferred
• Uptime Institute Tier Specialist or equivalent - Advantage
• PMP - Optional
