The project:



A large technology project in Abu Dhabi. This is a construction-delivery-focused.
Responsible for managing the construction delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality requirements.
Delivers high-quality, time-efficient and profitable delivery, accountable for compliance, governance and assurance. Responsible for building and retaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support delivery success.
You'll be responsible for:Managing the MEP construction delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance. Coordinating with the stakeholders and managing trade performance using digital tools. Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net-zero carbon transition and sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. Managing the quality assurance process, ensuring that a high level of installation quality is provided and that all trade contractors and consultants follow the agreed process. Overseeing the construction aspects of the MEP services and the management of the site environment, programme, health safety and wellbeing, quality and commissioning of the project. Implementing commissioning and close-out strategies aligned with Mace standards. Driving risk mitigation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across all phases.
You'll need to have:
Relevant engineering degree with strong digital skills. Data center project experience is essential for client approval. Proficient in MEP systems, planning, and quality control. Working knowledge of construction, commercial, and safety practices.
