We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online grocery business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, advanced analytical skills, creativity, and resilience. You will drive sales, optimize visibility, and ensure flawless operational execution across our digital channels and third-party platforms. You will treat this business as your own--constantly innovating, improving, and delivering results in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive revenue, market share, and customer engagement.
Leverage strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and build actionable insights.
Implement performance-driven initiatives to maximize conversion, retention, and overall profitability.
2. Marketing & Promotions
Build and manage the yearly/quarterly/monthly marketing and promotional calendar.
Use data to optimize promotion efficiency, ROI, and customer impact.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to launch impactful campaigns that support category growth and brand equity.
3. Merchandising & Content Management
Maintain a best-in-class digital storefront with accurate product listings, rich content, and strong brand representation.
Optimize assortment, categorization, product visibility, and searchability across all platforms.
Continuously improve customer experience through data-driven merchandising decisions.
4. Operations Oversight
Oversee daily operations, ensuring on-time execution of promotions, product updates, stock availability, and order accuracy.
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure service excellence and minimize operational friction.
5. Third-Party Platform Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with marketplace partners and delivery platforms.
Negotiate visibility opportunities, promotions, and joint growth initiatives.
Monitor platform performance to ensure compliance, accuracy, and brand consistency.
6. Pricing & Competitiveness
Guarantee consistent, competitive, and strategically aligned pricing across channels.
Track competitor activity and evaluate price sensitivity using analytical tools.
Recommend adjustments to maintain market leadership and profitability.
7. Brand Visibility & Category Leadership
Ensure the brand stands out across all e-commerce touchpoints, securing premium placement and maximizing digital shelf share.
Identify new opportunities to differentiate in a crowded and evolving market.
8. Entrepreneurial Leadership
Approach the business with a founder's mindset: take ownership, be resourceful, innovate constantly, and push boundaries.
Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and creativity in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce (preferably FMCG or grocery).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in e-commerce reporting tools, dashboards, and data interpretation.
Solid understanding of online merchandising, digital marketing, analytics, and marketplace dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.
