Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is looking for a Manager, Development Planning and Analysis to oversee investment analysis for active projects in the UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project feasibilities, assumptions, and actual cashflows for active projects in the UAE.
• Perform complex financial modeling and simulations for multiple scenarios to assess the impact of strategic decisions.
• Prepare CEC and Board approval packages for major project phases and strategic investments.
• Conduct feasibility studies for investment alternatives and value creation initiatives, including recommendations for project heads and directors.
• Support pre-launch pricing activities and provide inputs for pricing strategies.
• Develop periodic investment performance reports for active projects and assist in KPI reporting.
• Advise on refinement of assumptions for pipeline projects based on lessons learned and actualized performance.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• CPA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial research, or economic forecasting, preferably with a leading real estate developer.
• Expertise in feasibility studies, financial modeling, and strategic investment analysis.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in preparing executive-level reports.
