Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead master planning, architectural, and landscape coordination for major real estate projects. This role involves strategic planning, feasibility analysis, product strategy, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage master planning, architecture, and landscape consultants
• Oversee project delivery in collaboration with Project Management teams
• Define development strategies and conduct high-level feasibility studies
• Prepare detailed business plans and manage project budgets
• Develop board-level presentations and strategic reports
• Identify appropriate product mix for developments to maximize value
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, and legal
• Liaise with authorities to secure permits and approvals

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Engineering; MBA or PMP is a plus
• 12+ years of experience with at least 6 years in real estate master development
• Proven track record of large-scale development projects in the Gulf (Dubai experience preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Estate Master, MS Project, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, feasibility, and corporate governance
