JOB TITLE
Manager, Development Planning and Analysis | MAF Properties | Communities Development UAE
ROLE SUMMARY
The purpose of the role is to oversee Investment analysis for UAE Active projects. The Investment Analysis Manager will manage, actualize, maintain, and refine projects feasibility. He also will conduct financial assessments for executive investment and strategic decisions.
ROLE PROFILE

• Managing, maintaining, and refining project feasibilities, assumptions and actual cashflows for UAE Active projects liaising independently with Development, Design, Project Management, Project Finance, and Financial Planning.
• Performing complex simulations and financial modeling for various scenarios to calculate the financial impacts of executive decisions, while offering proactive support and recommendations for strategic and investment decisions.
• Preparing CEC and Board Approval/Update packages for ongoing phases on key development gateways, launching new phases, and proposing strategic investment recommendations and value creation alternatives related to active projects.
• Managing, coordinating, and performing Feasibility studies for strategic investment alternatives and Value Addition/Creation initiatives, defining assumptions, and providing proactive investment decision support for Project heads and development directors
• Assisting in the development of pre-launch pricing activities, models and provide inputs and recommendations as necessary.
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic investment overview and performance reports for UAE Active projects.
• Assisting Project Heads and Development Directors setting development budgets at development gateways and regular reporting of KPIs.
• Continuously involved in reviewing and refining the feasibility studies and assumptions of pipeline projects. Recommendations are made by leveraging lessons learned and insights obtained from the actualization of active projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years' of independently performing investment analysis/ financial research/ economic forecast of business conditions with a leading real estate developer.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A holder of CPA, CFA, ACCA or MBA is a must.
