Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Own and manage the development of a centralized data repository, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with business needs. Design and implement automated, scalable dashboards that deliver detailed insights across customer segments and P&L performance. Drive data governance and standardization, ensuring consistency and reliability across all analytical outputs. Enable and enhance automated forecasting models to support proactive planning and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business questions into clear, data-driven insights. Deliver regular, high-impact analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives and commercial decision making. Identify opportunities to improve data structures, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and insight quality. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping how data is used to drive value across the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, MBA with a focus on Analytics, or a related field is highly preferred. Additional certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) would be advantageous.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven ability to drive actionable insights at a strategic level. 3+ years of experience in managing or leading data analytics teams, with direct involvement in designing and implementing dashboards, forecasting models, and data-driven reporting. Strong experience in working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data management platforms. Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into business solutions and strategic insights. Demonstrated experience in automated forecasting and business performance evaluation at a segment and P&L level. Experience in data governance, ensuring high data quality and consistency across the organization.
