About The Company

Intergrande Building Contracting was established in 2021 with the vision of becoming the premier construction service provider in the United Arab Emirates. Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa's and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.

About The Job

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory Meet contractual conditions of performance Review the work progress on daily basis Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
