Role Overview

MID Construction Group is seeking an experienced

Operations Manager - Construction

to support and optimize day-to-day operational activities across residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have

5+ years of experience in construction operations

, with strong leadership capabilities, process improvement expertise, and a proven ability to drive efficiency, cost control, and project execution.

This role will work closely with onshore leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to support construction project execution. Oversee and coordinate offshore operational support for project management, scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Teams to ensure alignment on timelines, resources, and deliverables. Monitor project performance metrics, including productivity, cost controls, schedules, and risk indicators. Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and construction best practices. Prepare and present regular operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to management. Support process standardization, SOP development, and scalability initiatives as the company grows.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience in construction operations or project management

(residential or commercial preferred). Strong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, documentation, and cost tracking. Proven leadership experience managing remote or offshore teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage a flexible 20-hour work week. Experience working with US-based construction teams is a strong advantage.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED29.38 - AED36.73 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
