About the Role

:We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Construction Project Manager / Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This dual-function role combines strong project management expertise with proactive business development capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing end-to-end construction projects while also bringing a network of client relationships, leads, and qualified construction teams to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

Lead, plan, and execute construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Supervise site operations, liaising closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Oversee project budgets, procurement, and cost control procedures. Ensure strict adherence to UAE building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and manage project progress reporting. Resolve technical issues and ensure quality control across all construction phases.

Business Development

Identify, pursue, and secure new construction and development opportunities in Dubai and the wider GCC. Leverage existing client network to bring in new business leads and projects. Build and manage own team of subcontractors, suppliers, and skilled construction personnel to support project execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, and strategic partners. Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and bids for new projects. Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events. Contribute to business growth strategies, forecasting, and partnership development plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction project management and at least 3 years in business development or client acquisition within the UAE. Proven record of delivering mid- to large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects. Established client network and ability to generate own leads and partnerships. Experience in building or managing construction teams and subcontractor networks. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar tools. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
