Job Description

Key Accountabilities



Ensure full alignment on definitions and measurement of commercial, customer & operational KPIs. Extend segment yearly budgets +2 years (Business plan) aligned with EITC strategy. Identify areas of automation which minimize daily/weekly/monthly operational work. Review weekly and monthly performance review with scorecard holders. Lead detailed variance analysis of actual vs. target as well as root cause analysis of underperforming KPIs. Raise performance risks and business opportunities in time to support target fulfillment Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models. Identify trends, advise and recommend actions based on thorough analysis.

Qualifications:



Master's degree in Finance / Business Management

Experience:



Minimum 10 years of experience in analysis, reporting roles (preferably in telecom industry) Good understanding of planning, budgeting, business in telco
