Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in setting up and maintaining computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Log and track support requests using helpdesk/ticketing tools.
Support users in troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
Ensure timely updates, patching, and routine system checks as per IT policies.
Requirements:
Graduate or Undergraduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows OS, and common office applications.
