\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b1. Management of Behavioral Competency Framework:
  • Own and update the Masdar behavioral competency framework to align with the company\'s purpose, vision, and values.
  • Embed the competency framework throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and career progression.
2. Development of Technical Competencies and Career Paths:
  • Create and maintain technical competencies for key organizational areas.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify critical skills for specific roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop structured career path models for employees\' progression within technical areas.
3. Development Plans and Career Paths Frameworks:
  • Establish development plans for high-potential employees, including personalized development plans and monitoring progress.
  • Maintain career path frameworks, guiding employees in understanding and navigating their career options within the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate individual career development plans and overall career development strategy based on ISO 9001 audit recommendations.
4. Coaching, Feedback, and Skills Gap Analysis:
  • Conduct coaching and feedback sessions to facilitate employees\' career development and growth.
  • Perform skills gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current employee skillsets and strategic objectives.
5. Contribution to Succession Planning:
  • Ensure succession plans are in place for critical and senior talent to ensure smooth business continuity.
6. Continuous Improvement and Reporting:
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of unit systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Complete comprehensive and timely reports on employee development plans and competency framework effectiveness for stakeholders.
7. Compliance with Information Security Policies:
  • Adhere to Masdar information security policies and procedures.
  • Protect assets and information against unauthorized access, sharing, and modification.
  • Ensure compliance with Information Classification and Handling Procedure, and follow Acceptable Usage Policies for workstations and equipment.
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • A background in Psychology is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications in HR, Talent Management, or Psychometrics (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, BPS Level A and B) are an asset.
  • MBA or relevant master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is an asset
Additional Information

Preferred Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in career development, talent management, or a related HR function, focusing on competency and career path development or equivalent experience.
  • Trained in administering and interpreting psychometric assessments, with the ability to provide insightful and constructive feedback to employees and management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing competency frameworks and designing career development programs that align with organizational goals
