Performance Management Reporting:

Responsible for the consolidation and reporting of business-wide P&L and KPIs versus budget, prior year, and forecast. Provide analysis and insight into financial and operational results to better understand company performance. Establish and utilize BI tools, with a focus on PBCS, to deliver meaningful insights into business performance. Compile and deliver detailed analysis, insights, and commentary on cost centre results and variances to budget. Review and track productivity and cost-saving initiatives across the business, reporting on their outcomes.

Business Planning (Budget, Forecast, Business Plan):

Develop business models to project long-term growth and identify key business drivers. Consolidate medium- to long-term financial budgets and strategic plans in collaboration with business leaders. Create monthly financial projections and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Business Analytics:

Conduct KPI benchmarking and variance analysis. Review current processes and procedures, offering recommendations for improvements and increased efficiency.

.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business or equivalent. MBA preferred but not essential Recognized professional qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA, CPA, CMA, CA) is preferred * A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or 3 years' experience in a mid to large sized Corporate firm, Healthcare experience preferred but not essential
