Position Overview
The Manager - Arabic Copywriter, PBG Marketing - Dicetek Abu Dhabi will be responsible for developing Arabic marketing copy and strategic messaging across retail banking products to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves executing copywriting for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand tone of voice, and tailoring communications to Arabic-speaking audiences while supporting marketing objectives and compliance with regulatory messaging.

Core Duties

• Create Arabic copy and messaging for retail banking product campaigns across multiple channels
• Support with proofreading, ensuring copy accuracy, consistency, and alignment with FAB brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal departments and marketing stakeholders to deliver on key messaging requirements
• Translate English marketing briefs into effective Arabic copy for product offers, promotions, and regulatory messages
• Develop Arabic communications for EDMs, SMS, web, internal platforms, and branch-level marketing
• Review advertising copy from agencies, ensuring tone of voice and messaging consistency
• Build messaging frameworks to promote features and benefits of key products in Arabic
• Develop Arabic best-practice tools, nomenclature documents, and a library of key terms for consistent usage
• Ensure culturally appropriate copy for Islamic products and services
• Monitor competitive activity and industry trends, incorporating insights into copy development
• Partner with agencies during campaign development, offering advisory and proofreading support
• Ensure executional excellence, delivering projects on time and within budget

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field focused on creative or marketing writing in Arabic
• Minimum 6 years of experience in communications, with at least 4 years in marketing copywriting roles
• Experience working in marketing or communications within banking, FMCG, or agency environments
• Strong background in collaborating with regional and global marketing teams
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent grammar, dialect understanding, and copywriting skills
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and ability to translate them into compelling copy
• Experience in managing projects, deadlines, and budgets effectively
• Flexible, solution-oriented mindset with proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI tools for generating and scaling marketing copy
• Fluent in Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
