Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting:
Write engaging and persuasive Arabic copy for:
o Homepage and category merchandising banners
o CVM campaigns including emails, push notifications, and SMS
o Paid digital ads (Facebook, Google, Snap, Tik tok, etc.)
Localize English content with cultural relevance and tone appropriate to the Arabic-speaking audience
Collaborate closely with merch, design and marketing to align messaging with brand tone and objectives
E-commerce Platform Testing:
Conduct thorough Arabic language testing across:
o Mobile app (iOS & Android)
o Mobile web
o Desktop website
Identify and escalate critical language, functionality and UX issues, ensuring seamless Arabic content presentation across all platforms
Work with product and tech teams to verify and close defects

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and knowledge of GCC dialects preferred
Strong grasp of marketing and UX copywriting
2-4 years of experience in Arabic content creation, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing
Basic understanding of digital ad formats, platform-specific nuances (Google, Meta), and CVM strategies
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies in language and user interfaces
