To oversee and manage daily operations of the AMER center, ensuring efficient processing of visa and residency applications, customer satisfaction, and compliance with GDRFA and Dubai Government service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end operations of the center, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Ensure compliance with GDRFA rules, regulations, and service protocols.
Oversee staff performance, training, and adherence to customer service standards.
Handle escalations, complaints, and VIP service requirements.
Maintain strong relations with GDRFA officials and government stakeholders.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement measures for customer experience.
Generate operational and compliance reports for management and authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
6-10 years of managerial experience in government services or customer service centers.
Knowledge of UAE visa, residency, and immigration procedures.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
